My family and I stayed here for two nights during our trip in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most amazing service and hospitality we’ve ever received from an establishment. While checking in, we were given freshly squeezed watermelon juice which was so refreshing. The staff immediately carried our bags to our room, giving us a tour of the grounds on the way there. Overnight, there are staff scattered across the grounds for safety and convenience. They also proved daily housekeeping and 24/7 room service. The food served at their 24/7 on-site restaurant was amazing and authentic! They always had both Ethiopian and Western cuisines to choose from. The staff carried our plates, served us drinks, pulled out our chairs, and checked on us repeatedly to ensure our happiness and satisfaction. Amazing service! The massages we received were also great - we were able to use the steam room & sauna before getting our massage, which only added to our relaxation. While in the spa, you are offered refreshments and the opportunity to use a day bed to recover from the sauna/steam room. The indoor pool is also a nice way to unwind and lounge. Overall, the staff were all incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. The managers Abayneh and Kasaye are saints - they worked hard to ensure we were happy throughout our stay and had everything we needed! It was more than good service, they treated us like family. I can’t say enough good things about them. My family and I have been blessed enough to stay at resorts in many different countries, but this resort was hands-down the BEST, especially for the price. We were sad to leave! I don’t have a single complaint. We will definitely be coming back and spreading the word.

I had such a special time at the Kuriftu resort all thanks to the most amazing service provided by the smiling, attentive and helpful team at the resort. As good as the beauty of the place and taste of the good, the service from the teammembers was impeccable. I particularly want to applaud the service of Mohammed (Bellboy) who gave us a pleasing tour of the place; Aynalem, who impressed us with her service, smile and kindness for our entire 3 hours stay at the place. Our stay was fabulous all thanks to people like Mohammed, Aynalem, the entire team from the restaurant all the way to the guards who displayed respect and smile.

It was an unforgettable day brimming with warmth and outstanding hospitality from the entire Kuriftu Resort team—feeling truly like one of the family. A heartfelt shoutout to አይንአለም (AyinAlem) for your gracious and genuine hosting; everything was top-notch, except for that surprisingly chilly swim. So grateful for the enchanting vibes of Kuriftu Resort!
